Developer Agreement
What this covers: distributing your games, revenue share, porting, payments, lock-in periods and the rest of our commercial relationship. It is the agreement you accept when you sign up for the Yes2Games dashboard, where it is shown as the Terms and Conditions. For the general rules on using this site, the dashboard, the SDK packages and the MCP endpoint, see our Terms of Service. Where the two disagree, this Developer Agreement wins.

1. AGREEMENT AND PARTIES
1.1 Parties
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between:

- Any individual or entity ("Developer," "you," "your") that submits a game for distribution via dashboard.yes2games.com and accepts these Terms.
1.2 Acceptance
By submitting a game to Yes2Games or using the Yes2SDK, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions, do not submit games or use our services.
1.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
2. DEFINITIONS
- "Dashboard" means the developer portal at dashboard.yes2games.com where you upload and manage your Games and track analytics, payments, and game performance.
- "Game" means any interactive software application (HTML5 in JavaScript or TypeScript, Unity WebGL, Defold, or other web-compatible formats that Yes2Games supports from time to time) you submit for distribution.
- "Platforms" means web gaming portals including but not limited to: Poki, YouTube Playables, CrazyGames, Yandex Games, GameDistribution, and others operated or partnered by Yes2Games.
- "Yes2SDK" means our unified JavaScript library that provides functionality for ads, in-app purchases, game saves, analytics, player authentication, and other features or modules as may be added or updated by Yes2Games from time to time.

- "Porting Costs" means the direct expenses incurred by Yes2Games to port, adapt, or optimize your Game from native mobile to HTML5, including developer time, QA, and infrastructure.
- "License Fees" means fees, minimum guarantees, or advance payments negotiated by Yes2Games with distribution partners or telco networks for your Game, on a per-game or bundled basis.
- "Lock-in Period" means the minimum term during which your Game remains live on Yes2Games Platforms.
3. GAME SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL
3.1 Account and Submission
To submit a Game:
- Create a developer account at dashboard.yes2games.com and accept these Terms
- Create your Game in the Dashboard and upload an HTML5 build, together with its name, description, icon, banner and other requested details
- Test your build in the QA Inspector provided in the Dashboard
- Request a review by Yes2Games from the Game's onboarding page, selecting the Platforms you would like to publish on
If your Game does not yet have an HTML5 version, you may instead send a porting request from the Dashboard with information about the Game, its current platforms, and its traction (see Section 5.3).
3.2 Preview Accounts, Review and Approval
Until Yes2Games has reviewed and verified your account, it operates as a preview account with usage limits (for example, a limited number of Games and one build per Game). Yes2Games aims to review requests within a few business days. You will be notified in the Dashboard and by email of the outcome:
- Approval: your account is verified, the preview limits are lifted, and your publish request proceeds
- Changes Requested: feedback on what to adjust before the review continues
- Rejection: feedback explaining the decision; your account remains a preview account
3.3 Resubmission
If rejected, you may request a new review after 6 months or upon material changes to your Game (e.g., significant new features, strong revenue traction).
3.4 Approval Criteria
Games are evaluated on: gameplay quality, platform fit, compliance with these Terms, technical feasibility, and market opportunity. Yes2Games reserves the right to reject games at its discretion and is not obligated to disclose detailed reasons.
4. GAME OWNERSHIP, LICENSING, AND IP
4.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of your Game, including all code, assets, characters, storylines, and intellectual property ("IP"). Yes2Games claims no ownership interest in your Game or IP.
4.2 License Grant
By submitting your Game, you grant Yes2Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Distribute your Game on Platforms
- Optimize, port, or adapt your Game for web browsers and devices
- Integrate Yes2SDK and third-party SDKs (ads, analytics, payments)
- Display promotional materials, screenshots, and metadata for your Game
- Create aggregate analytics and performance data
4.3 Restrictions
You may not use Yes2Games' name, logo, or brand for marketing without prior written approval. Yes2Games may not resell, sublicense, or transfer your Game outside the scope of this agreement without your consent.
4.4 Third-Party Content
If your Game includes third-party IP (licensed characters, music, art), you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and that your use complies with applicable licenses.
5. YES2SDK INTEGRATION AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
5.1 SDK Integration
Upon approval, you agree to:
- Integrate Yes2SDK into your Game
- Call SDK methods for ads, in-app purchases, game saves, and analytics
- Follow Yes2SDK documentation and best practices
- Test thoroughly using the SDK's sandbox mode before launch
5.2 Game Requirements
Your Game must:
- Be fully playable on modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Yandex)
- Load within reasonable timeframes (target: <5MB initial, full load in <30 seconds)
- Support desktop, tablet, and mobile play experiences
- Not contain malware, spyware, or disruptive code
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform content guidelines
5.3 Porting Services
If you lack an HTML5 version, Yes2Games may offer porting services at no upfront cost to the Developer. If you elect to use Yes2Games' porting service:
5.3.1 Cost Assessment
- Yes2Games will assess Porting Costs based on game complexity, development time, QA, and infrastructure
- Yes2Games will provide a cost estimate in writing before commencing porting work
- You have the option to accept, negotiate, or decline the porting service
5.3.2 Cost Recoupment
- Approved Porting Costs are recouped from total Revenue generated by your Game
- Porting Costs are deducted from Revenue before revenue share is calculated
- Example: If total Revenue is USD 10,000 and Porting Costs are USD 2,000:
- Remaining Revenue after porting deduction: USD 8,000
- Your share (70%): USD 5,600
- Yes2Games share (30%): USD 2,400
- Recoupment continues until Porting Costs are fully recovered; thereafter, standard revenue share applies
5.3.3 Timeline and Ownership
- Porting typically takes 4–6 weeks from approval of cost estimate
- You retain ownership of the ported version; Yes2Games retains distribution rights as per this agreement
5.4 Performance and Optimization
Yes2Games may optimize your Game for Platforms, including compression, asset optimization, or control adaptation. Material changes are communicated to you for approval.
6. COMMERCIAL TERMS
6.1 Revenue Share – Promotional Period
For games submitted before 31 December 2026:
- Yes2Games pays you 100% of Net Revenue (after porting costs deduction, if applicable) up to a cumulative cap of USD 5,000 per Developer
- Once you reach USD 5,000, the standard revenue share applies (Section 6.2)
- Promotional terms apply only to games submitted during the promotional period; games submitted after 31 December 2026 receive standard terms immediately
Example:
- Game submitted 15 September 2026 with USD 2,000 porting cost generates USD 5,000 gross revenue:
- Minus porting cost: USD 3,000 Net Revenue
- You receive: USD 3,000 (100%)
- Cumulative toward cap: USD 3,000 of USD 5,000
- Same game generates additional USD 3,000 gross revenue (no more porting costs):
- Net Revenue: USD 3,000
- You receive: USD 2,000 (to reach USD 5,000 cap)
- Cumulative: USD 5,000 cap reached
- Additional Revenue beyond USD 5,000 cap → 70% to you, 30% to Yes2Games
6.2 Revenue Share – Standard Terms
For all Revenue after promotional cap and games submitted after 31 December 2026:
- Developers receive 70% of Net Revenue
- Yes2Games retains 30% of Net Revenue (covers SDK, QA, platform management, payment processing, analytics infrastructure)
Note: Porting Costs (if applicable) are recouped separately before revenue share calculation—see Section 5.3.2
6.3 Revenue Calculation
- Gross Revenue = all income from ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded), in-app purchases, license fees, minimum guarantees, and other monetization on Platforms
- Deductions (in order):
- Platform fees and payment processor fees (deducted by Platforms or processors)
- Currency conversion losses (if applicable)
- Porting Costs (if applicable, recouped until fully recovered—see Section 5.3.2)
- Net Revenue = Gross Revenue minus deductions above
- Revenue Share: Net Revenue is then split according to the applicable revenue share (Section 6.1 or 6.2)
- Revenue is reported on your Dashboard and updated regularly (typically daily) as data is received from the Platforms, so figures may lag behind actual activity. An itemized breakdown of Gross Revenue, each deduction type, Net Revenue, and your developer share is provided in your monthly statements
- Yes2Games aggregates revenue across all Platforms; individual platform splits are for reference only
6.4 Payment Terms
- Revenue is calculated and accumulated on a monthly basis
- Minimum Payment Threshold: A payment is issued for each month only if cumulative Net Revenue for that month reaches USD 100
- Payments are issued on a net 30 basis (i.e., 30 days after the end of each calendar month, provided the USD 100 threshold was met during that month)
- Example: If a Developer reaches USD 100 cumulative Net Revenue in September, payment is issued by October 30th. If October revenue is only USD 75, no payment is issued in November; the USD 75 rolls over to November. If November adds USD 50 (total USD 125), payment is issued by December 30th for USD 125.
- This pattern repeats during the License Term of the Game or as long as the Game remains live and earns revenue from the Platforms
- Upon termination or removal of your Game, any remaining accrued revenue (below USD 100) will be paid out within net 30 days
- Payments via bank transfer in USD, after deducting any applicable bank transfer fees or taxes (or equivalent in Developer's local currency at current exchange rate at time of payout)
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes; Yes2Games provides tax documentation as required by law
6.5 Funding and Guarantees
Select high-traction games may be eligible for:
- Porting subsidies or grants
- Revenue guarantees or advances
- Other commercial arrangements negotiated on a case-by-case basis
Discuss eligibility with your Yes2Games contact during onboarding.
6.6 License Fees and Platform Minimum Guarantees
6.6.1 Negotiation Rights Yes2Games has the right to negotiate License Fees, minimum guarantees, and advance payments directly with distribution partners and telco networks for your Game. These negotiations may be:
- Per-Game: Individual license terms negotiated for your Game
- Bundled: Your Game included in a portfolio deal with other games, where license fees are shared across multiple titles
6.6.2 License Fee Revenue Any License Fees, minimum guarantees, or advance payments negotiated by Yes2Games on behalf of Developer's Game are contingent upon the Game remaining distributed through Yes2Games Platforms. Should the Developer remove the Game from Yes2Games Platforms before the negotiated license period ends, any unearned License Fees or minimum guarantees will be retained by Yes2Games.
License Fees and minimum guarantees that are earned are considered Revenue and are included in your Dashboard reporting. These are subject to the revenue share terms in Sections 6.1 (Promotional) and 6.2 (Standard):
- Example: If a distribution partner pays a USD 50,000 minimum guarantee for your Game over 12 months:
- This USD 50,000 is Gross Revenue
- After deducting porting costs (if applicable), the Net Revenue is split 70% (Developer) / 30% (Yes2Games)
- Or, if in promotional period, split 100% to you until USD 5,000 cap is reached, then 70/30 thereafter
- If Developer removes the Game after 6 months, only USD 25,000 (50%) is earned; Yes2Games retains the remaining USD 25,000
6.6.3 Developer Notification Yes2Games will notify you of significant License Fees or minimum guarantee negotiations affecting your Game. You will see all license fee revenue itemized in your Dashboard monthly statements.
6.6.4 Bundled Deal Allocation If your Game is part of a bundled deal with other games, license fees will be allocated proportionally based on player engagement, revenue contribution, or other fair allocation methods determined by Yes2Games. Allocation methodology will be communicated transparently.
6.7 Developer Partnership Tiers
Revenue-Based Revenue Share Improvements
As your Game grows, you unlock improved revenue share terms based on cumulative lifetime revenue earned through Yes2Games Platforms.
Developer Partnership Tier Structure:
| Tier | Cumulative Revenue Threshold | Developer Share | Yes2Games Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | < $50K | 70% | 30% |
| Silver | $50K+ | 75% | 25% |
| Gold | $250K+ | 80% | 20% |
| Platinum | $500K+ | 85% | 15% |
Tier Eligibility and Application:
- Tiers are unlocked based on cumulative lifetime revenue earned through Yes2Games Platforms
- Once a tier is unlocked, the improved revenue share applies automatically upon next renewal
- Tier improvements apply to all future revenue, including license fees and minimum guarantees (subject to promotional period caps in Section 6.1)
- Tiers are permanent—once unlocked, you retain that revenue share tier in perpetuity
- Example: If a Game reaches $60K revenue during Year 1 (Silver Tier unlocked), the renewal in Year 2 applies 75% revenue share. If it reaches $300K by Year 2 renewal, the renewal applies 80% revenue share (Gold Tier)
7. LOCK-IN PERIOD AND TERM
7.1 Minimum License Term
Games submitted during Promotional Period (before 31 December 2026):
- Minimum 12-month Lock-in Period from launch date
- Game must remain live and accessible on all Platforms for the full term
- Early termination by Developer results in forfeiture of unpaid revenue and remaining liability for unrecouped Porting Costs (see Section 7.3)
Games submitted after 31 December 2026:
- Minimum 6-month Lock-in Period from launch date
- Game must remain live and accessible on all Platforms for the full term
- Same termination restrictions apply as promotional period (see Section 7.3)
7.2 Renewal and Continuation
At the end of the Lock-in Period:
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice
- If no termination notice is given, the agreement renews for successive 6-month terms (or as agreed)
- Upon renewal, if Game has generated $50K+ in cumulative revenue during prior term, Developer is eligible for a revenue share improvement (see Section 6.7 - Developer Partnership Tiers)
- High-performing developers receive preferential treatment in platform negotiations and bundled licensing deals
- All revenue share terms remain as stated in Section 6, subject to tier upgrades in Section 6.7
7.3 Early Termination by Developer
You may terminate before the Lock-in Period ends, but:
- Your Game is removed from all Platforms immediately
- You forfeit all unpaid revenue accrued during the Lock-in Period
- If Porting Costs have not been fully recouped from Revenue, you remain liable for the outstanding balance and may be invoiced for the remaining Porting Costs
- You remain liable for any other development costs incurred by Yes2Games and may be invoiced for direct costs
7.4 Termination by Yes2Games
Yes2Games may terminate if:
- You breach material terms of this agreement and fail to cure within 30 days of written notice
- Your Game violates applicable law or platform guidelines
