Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use anything we run for game developers: this site (developer.yes2games.com), the Yes2Games dashboard (dashboard.yes2games.com), the Yes2SDK packages, and the hosted MCP endpoint (mcp.yes2games.com). We call all of that “the Service”.

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Yes2Games (Y2G Pte. Ltd.), 160 Robinson Road, 068914 Singapore. “We”, “us”, and “Yes2Games” mean that company. “You” means the person using the Service, and the studio or company you use it on behalf of.

Who may use it

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13. If you use the Service for a studio or company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it, and these terms bind it as well as you.

Your account

The dashboard needs an account. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people you add to your team.

Give us accurate information when you sign up or submit a pitch, and keep it current. Don't impersonate anyone, and don't share your account with people outside your team.

Your games and content

Your content stays yours. The builds, art, audio, code, and everything else you upload belong to you (or to whoever you licensed them from). Nothing here transfers ownership to us.

To run the Service we need permission to handle that content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, modify, and package your content for the purpose of providing the Service to you — running QA on a build, generating platform bundles, and where you have asked us to, distributing a build to the platforms you target. The licence lasts as long as we hold your content, and ends when you or we delete it.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, personality, or other rights. Third-party assets, music, and engines you use must be properly licensed by you. Where a build is distributed to a game platform, the platform's own content requirements apply on top of these terms, and it is your job to meet them.

The Yes2SDK

The Yes2SDK packages you integrate — Unity and Defold — each ship with their own licence. That licence governs your use of that package and takes precedence over this section for anything it covers. Read it in the package.

Don't remove or alter the SDK's attribution, telemetry, or compliance behaviour in a way that misrepresents a build to a game platform.

The MCP endpoint

mcp.yes2games.com is provided as is, free of charge, with no availability commitment. We may rate-limit it, change its tools, or take it down. It serves documentation, and what an AI assistant does with that documentation is not our output — check anything it generates before you ship it.

What you must not do

  • Break the law, or use the Service to help anyone else break it.
  • Upload malware, or content designed to harm a player, a platform, or us.
  • Try to get into accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours.
  • Probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or work around a rate limit or access control.
  • Scrape or bulk-extract the Service beyond what a normal integration needs.
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the Service to build a competing product, except where law says you may.
  • Falsify a build's compliance status, or use the Service to get a game past a platform review it would otherwise fail.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

Third-party platforms

The Service connects to game platforms and stores that we don't control. When you link one, you authorise us to act on your behalf on that platform for the actions the connection is for. Their terms and policies govern what happens on their side, they can change their rules or reject your game at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions. If a platform cuts off access, the parts of the Service that depend on it stop working.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service up, but we don't promise uninterrupted access. We may change, add, or remove features, and we may run maintenance that takes it offline. If we plan to remove something you depend on, we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

Fees and revenue

We don't charge for access to this site or the MCP endpoint. Commercial arrangements — revenue share, payouts, porting work, and anything else involving money — are covered by the separate written agreement between you and Yes2Games. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

Our intellectual property

The Service itself — the dashboard, this site, our documentation, and the Yes2Games name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you permission to use the Service, not ownership of it. Don't use our name or logo to suggest a partnership or endorsement we haven't agreed to.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may act on them freely and without obligation to you. Feedback isn't confidential unless we agree in writing that it is.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In particular: QA results, Inspector findings, and compliance checks are our best assessment, not a guarantee. Passing them does not mean a platform will accept your game, and we don't promise any level of revenue, downloads, or approval. Keep your own copies of anything you upload — we run backups, but they are not a substitute for your own.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities, even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or SGD 100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your games, or your use of the Service in breach of these terms, you will defend us and cover the resulting losses, damages, and reasonable legal costs. We'll tell you about such a claim promptly and let you take part in the defence.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your use puts the Service or other users at risk, or if we are required to by law or by a platform we depend on. Where the situation allows it, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it. On termination your right to use the Service ends; the licence you granted us ends when your content is deleted; and the sections on your content's ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top, and for material changes we'll give notice through the Service or by email. Using the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If a provision here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
